Everyone has heard the saying... “Life is like a box of chocolates... ya never know what you are gonna get!”  Well, that’s exactly what you will find here at Earth Angels in our Weekly Tuesday Night Meditation Series with Jodie Emma! 

Jodie is a talented Musician, Yoga and Reiki Practitioner, and Meditation Guide, who specializes in making people feel and be the best they can be!  Her gentle spirit shines through her meditations as she takes you on journeys to places you have never been, using music and other sound implements to guide your thoughts and relieve your mind of the stresses of everyday life! 

It has been medically proven that meditation changes thought patterns to create a happier and healthier state of mind.

One week, may be Yoga Nidra, taking you a state between sleeping and waking, where the next week may be a guitar solo with her sweet voice singing you to relaxation, or the next week she may take you on a journey to a place you have never been with her sound implements like chimes and crystal singing bowls.

Jodie Emma will guide us in her unique meditations to a journey inward, to ease the mind and relieve stress using live music and unique sounds as a background. The choice is up to her!  Light refreshments and a “Box of Chocolates” will end the evening!
